What do we think makes the best beer?
There's no single thing that produces great beer. We believe the combination of many factors results in a perfect pint.
No cutting corners. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Fresh hops. Top quality malts. Years of expertise. A meticulous attitude towards the brewing process.

The Brewery
A labour of love.
LARGE UNIT, SMALL KIT.
Nano = Variety
Rather than put off opening any longer we decided to start small and scale up. Saving for another two years for a larger kit was no longer an option. 100 litre pots and fermenters mean we now have a large scope for recipe formulation, experimentation and variety.
